My name is Mike. I'm a fellow empath and sensitive soul. I'm a holistic health coach and intuitve healer that helps guide empaths through their healing journeys and into their wholeness.
Weight and health issues have been one of the biggest themes in my work with clients and those who are drawn to work with me. It's also an area that I receive a lot of downloads around. It often feels like God is using me and providing me with the tools and training to help empaths reclaim thier lives. The idea for this e-book actaully came as a direct downlaod, I still remember the day and place but it's taken a few years to finally get this information out to those who need it.

I even used this approach to heal from a PTSD diagnosis that stemmed largely from my deployemtn to Afghanistan with the Army. I know a thing or two about war now. Mostly the war within our own minds. The war against the weight that we carry. The war againt the pressures of life and the inherent struggle of being human in our society today.

We are here to transfrom which then helps those around us and the collective transform.
I've been able to free myself from the inside out and that's what I aim to help you with. Just like my client Adrienne has done with her weight. She came to me in so much pain. She had undergone drastic measures to let go of her weight yet there it stayed. Her body seemingly defied the laws of thermodynamics and all that the calorie model had to offer.
